The S640 is similar in form to the Excalibur, it is Windows Mobile 6 Standard phone with QVGA 2.8" screen and 400MHz processor. Operating in CDMA networks, it supports 3G thanks to EV-DO Rev. A. Other features include 2.0-megapixel camera, QWERTY keyboard and microSDHC support.
