Sprint

If it's not a "pocket phone"...

Who would get it? I mean seriously. Almost everyone keeps their phones in their pockets! Who would want something you have to have in a holster or your hand to carry around? ...

not a "pocket" phone

the gsm version has had screen breaking issues and htc declared it a "non-pocket" device because of this. Have they done anything to clear this issue up with the cdma version?
