I reserved mine at Best Buy yesterday. Also I hear that some Sprint stores are allowing you to reserve/preorder it as well too.

Radioshack also has it for pre order, with a trade in of $100 for the old evo making the 3d $100.00 or $75 off the $199.99 for some select smart phones.
