Can you find out what's the SAR rating of the Desire S?

HTC Customer Service said SAR level is 0.353 W/KG@10g which is quite small.

i want to buy this fone but i have a confusion that weather i should go for desire s or incredible s.......which is a better fone i dont want the fone to be bulky and should have a good battery backup
