For it's time, it was one of the best phones on the market. I haven't used it in years and eventually sold it, but the solid aluminum casing was a bear. I loved the graffiti option for quick writing, although it didn't always quite recognize what I was writing. I remember having to fully reset the device multiple times... Maybe mine was defective?
