Why are there no 64GB phones

I compare all the latest phones and NONE of them go over 32GB, this was especially for me for the iPhone 4. Is there a software limitation that maxes them out at 32GB?

No software limitation. A physical size limitation. The phones are cramped and tiny and thats the tradeoff.

There were no cheap 64GB Nand chips ready last summer. Though I think they started mass producing last December '09 and started with 128GB Nand Chips this past Summer 2010. But I must have been too expensive for the 64GB chip last summer and maybe Apple will get back on track with doubling every year with a 128GB iPhone 4G/5 next Summer (2011).
