Is phone arena getting paid off?

How can you give a phone a 9.5 when it clearly has so many flaws like reception, a fragile screen. Etc.

They rate these phones on a whole slew of features...plus it is hard to test a fragile screen and yellow dots (which seem to be random). If you check the review they mention spotty service, but that is something they must be use to on AT&T (plus they probably weren't aware of the antennae issue yet). Either way go look at peer reviews, I find those to be most accurate.
