This phone is amazing, no problems, reboots, or restarts, it just works. It is sort of boring, thats why there is cydia and the app store. Great camera, it has replaced my point and shoot. Battery is OKAY, was expecting better. I love it, and it looks very snazzy in white

This is more than an I Phone 4
Windsponge has owned it for less than year before publishing this review
This phone has much to offer over the 4. Siri maybe beta but it is better than anything else. It is smooth and the quality of games and other apps are the best. I have Androids that I am not using, they are not bad phones but too many issues for me. I know everyone wants to feel theirs is the best and it is truly a matter of preference. I much prefer the iPhone.

Keep your old iPhone 4
Nathan has owned it for less than month before publishing this review
If you have an iPhone 4, I would not recommend upgrading unless you really want too. Just wait for the iPhone 5 and skip on the iPhone 4S. Siri is just in its BETA form and if you have to have it, get it on your jailbrocken iPhone 4.

Great step up from Android

After going through 3 Droids in 3 months all with buggy OS releases, I finally gave up and got the iPhones 4s with hesitation.
I'm very pleasantly surprised.
Pros
- The multitasking is even better than my DX2
- The phone never hesitates or stalls like all my Droids did
- The phone has been 100% stable - not a single crash in 5 weeks. My DX and DX2 would crash at least once / day
- The camera is awesome - and fast. Puts my old Droids to shame.
- Tons of accessories are available
- Very high quality screen - much better than any Moto Droid I ever used
- All the memory is actually available for apps (unlike Android)
- Great size for one handed use
- Great build quality
- Reception on VZW is as good as my DX and DX2 - much better than the HTC DInc and DInc2 my other family members have
Cons
- Glass back makes the phone fragile - needs a case
- Turn-by-turn nav is not as good as Android - solved with 99 cent app
- Wish the screen was bigger for seeing the nav

Very good smart phone, iOS 6 update not so great...
hltechie has owned it for more than one year before publishing this review
Updated (after iOS 6 update): Ever since iOS 6 the phone has not preformed as well as it has in the past. Most of my apps are not launching or are just completely crashing... My web browser is not loading as fast... over all I'm very disappointed with this update. And why oh why did Apple completely take away Google Maps!? Or more so why did they replace it with such a horrible one!? >:( Also while I've had the phone it's annoying to have a phone made almost completely out of glass. I've broken it once and now I have to hold it like its fine china for fear of dropping and breaking it again.
Original Review (after one month of owning phone): I have never owned an iPhone before this phone so I am new to all aspects of this phone. Needless to say I was very hyped up to buy this phone. Coming from using Microsoft, BlackBerry and Android OS, this interface seems very simplified compared to all three, although reminds me a lot of Android. The display is very vivid and very responsive to touch, this phone has never frozen or caused me any trouble. Everything is easy to sync, iTunes and iCloud make a lot of worry about loosing potential data go away. Thousands of apps to choose from and limitless amounts of music. Honestly I can find nothing wrong with this phone at all. Data is fast (for 3G), amazing camera, vivid screen, very user friendly, good battery life (for a smart phone), and over all feels very well built. Everyone has their different likes and dislikes when it comes to smart...

- Easy to sync
- Do Not Disturb option
- Large number of apps to buy
- User friendly
Cons
- Glass front and back
- $$$$
- iOS 6 update has caused many apps to crash/not load
- iOS 6
- lack of Google Maps
- Apple Maps/GPS are not accurate and have also given wrong directions

awesome phone. I've owned a lot of different phones including other iPhone models and this is the best phone that I've used. My only complaint is that the screen could be a bit bigger. I was hoping for a 4 in display. But at least now you can customize notification tones. Hoping an app such as zedge will be available for iOS.

Best iPhone i ever own so far.

I have been using iPhone since the first generation, and tried a few Android phones too (Motorola Atrix, Samsung Captivate and HTC Inspire) at the end I always end up with Apple iPhone again, cause the simplicity. I just hated to spend hours to flash and flash the room on my Android phone just to make it run smoother.

- Need to have better quality control

So I upgraded from the iPhone 4 32 gb to the iPhone 4S 64 gb. I had an initial problem with Siri where it couldnt find the network connection. One of the blogs recommended turning off Siri, turning off the phone than restarting. It worked. Now I can play! Siri is a tad slower than the commercials, but I am getting used to it. The speed of the phone is better, and I am noticing a slight change in battery power. Overall, glad I upgraded and will be looking forward to the iPhone 5!

Got a white 16g 4s on release day from sprint. Went from evo 4g. Not really much of a huge upgrade honestly. I really like the iPhone 4s so far but it really isn't much faster if any than my evo (and I'm talking 3G). IOS5 is a nice operating system but android is just as nice and it really just boils down to opinion as to which is better. The small screen is my only huge complaint with my iPhone. (aside from the lack of free music apps). Also when browsing web pages such as phone arena the phone will not auto fit the text boxes to fit the screen after the initial double tap zoom which is REALLY ANNOYONG because you have to keep sliding the screen back and forth to read. ( like I'm doing now). Battery life is much better than my friends regular iPhone 4 in a side by side comparison. Siri is cool but it doesn't process your requests near as fast as it shows on te commercials. Honestly if my evo hadn't developed a dead spot on the screen from its 10000000 th drop I would probably have waited for the iPhone 5. Still, not a bad phone.

- Battery
- Camera
- Call quality
- Apps
- Processor speed
- Silky smooth touch response
- Lag free UI
- Great reception
Cons
- Small screen
- Can only manage music thru iTunes
- Not as user friendly as android IMO
- Fragile
- No 4g
