Looks like every phone that comes out looks more like the iphone, besides numbers don't lie. Check the sale numbers! How many Droids were sold and how many iphones were sold in the same time period.

iphone sales are world wide tard droid is usa only. and no the milstone numbers are not factored into the droid sales, they are different phones. and the droid looks nothing like the iphone in any way

First of all, Verizon didn't drop the ball on the iPhone. Verizon didn't want Apple controlling a device on their network, there have been plenty of articles that prove Apple is a bit controlling. 2 - Apple has more sales in US and worldwide because the iPhone has been out longer than Android, give it time and Android will be seen in every country too. The exclusive contract with AT&T won't last forever, soon everyone will have it...this is just like the RAZR all over again.

And this is exactly why I believe Apple and At&t will continue their exclusive contract together. Because no other carrier will put up with Apples rules. I think At&t is starting to feel the cons of the deal with the new backflip. Even with the income from the iPhone I'm sure At&t would love to have the diversity of more Android devices for their customers as well. I expect to see Apple in the near future suck it up and loosen their hold somewhat. I don't have a lot of information about it but I know T-Mobile sells the iPhone in Germany, I wonder how that is going.
