iPhone 3G S specs show 600MHz CPU, up from 412MHz
T-Mobile Netherlands has posted a web page that shows the specs on the new iPhone 3G S. The "S" stands for speed which comes in part from the 600MHz CPU in the handset, up from the 412MHz processor in the original iPhone and the iPhone 3G. RAM has doubled to 256MB from the 128MB in the first two versions of Apple's touchscreen device. Throw in the new graphics chip, the PowerVR SGX, with support for OpenGL ES 2.0, and the new iPhone will certainly earn the "S" at the end of its' name.

ROFL is the the MHz war again like AMD and Intel back in the days? Anyway I wonder what ARM chip is under the hood anyway. The old iPhone totally sucked luckily I didn't spend my money on it and now? I don't really know but I have to wait for other phone makers to release their stuffs.
