Who are they surveying – Apple workers? I do not like the look of iOS 7! I do want the new features though.

Has anyone else noticed that majority of people on here are android fans or users and whenever it's news about iPhone, iOS or Apple, the comments and views are the highest!!!

Of course the iPhone-people are glad to see some kind of a change, they were probably so bored with their iPhones that they were willing to sell their own kidney just to get this new icons pack if that's what it took.

Change is always welcome, especially after six long years

Um...of course IOS 7 will win, iphone users are invested in the ecosystem and will rationalize any change as an improvement. It is like asking any parent whether or not their kid had more achievements in 2013 then they did in 2012. They will rationalize 2013 as the better year because they wont be able to accept the fact that their kid sucks and isn't bettering themselves.

The only way a survey is remotely accurate is if it is a blind study. Now I am not saying they should put this poll on an Android app or a Windows Phone app because the opposite will happen and they will vote for IOS 6 just because they are predisposed against Apple, but something like an online survey or a PC/MAC survey would have much more validity than an IOS app.
