iOS 6 beta 3 kills Me.com e-mail addresses in favor of iCloud

Since the launch of iCloud last year, Apple has been slowly phasing out and transitioning old MobileMe users to the new iCloud platform and name, and one more piece of that puzzle seems to be coming into place with iOS 6...

This is stupid.. I made an @me email with icloud because that's what it used to be and now they want a new email...

wow... I dont think any of you guys read/understood the article. You dont have to change your @me.com address, you dont have to change your apple ID, and you dont have to forward your email. When you upgrade to iOS6 it will just change by itself. So when someone emails your @me.com address you will just get it. I am assuming that when you reply it will show the @icloud.com address.

The only one that should complain is the guy that has me@me.com
