No platform is absolutely resistant to security attacks, but this commercially available tool for breaking down the encryption in iOS is one of the easiest to use and what’s even more interesting – it’s commercially available…

So you'll post this article, but you won't mention the new virus affecting Mac users, and you won't post the CNN article about Apple ifanboys reacting religiously to Apple products?
2. SuperAndroidEvo posted on 25 May 2011, 08:32 3
Apple is not immune to hacks & viruses. Anything that is a computer can get malware or whatever. Windows PC's have been battling this for many, many years. Apple ifanboys always said "at least it doesn't happen to Apple". Now Apple is getting more attention from these malware folks because of the arrogance Apple has about its "security" BS. Well Apple ifanboys this is just the beginning. You will get first hand crash course of how "glorious" your iOS's are against an onslaught of hacks, viruses & so on. You got your attention, but from the wrong people. Bad people want to prove that Apple is NOT this invincible "security" OS that everyone seems to worship. Apple is just like everyone else. They ARE vulnerable! Anything that is popular will get malware period. Windows, Sony, Android, Apple, & so on have these problems. Apple ifanboys, now you will be pulled from your cloud into the real world. I don’t wish bad on anyone, but when you keep flaunting that iOS’s are invincible, people are lining up to prove you wrong!
34. lollipop posted on 26 May 2011, 10:23 1
People are not lining up to prove anyone wrong. This virus out there for Mac disguises itself as an anti-virus scanner and must be DLed by the owners. Every once and a while the Mac gets Viruses... I mean why don't you do a search on google for Mac viruses in 2009....
You fanboys are so stupid it is almost comical. There might be an Apple religion by the fanboys but the "I hate Apple" bandwagon religion has been tooting its horn since the 90s and you guys say the same crap. I find that among PC Elitists and the new android crowd of Anti-Apple fanboys to be as pathetic as the Apple religionists they hate.
Here is something to think before you give the mobile community your stupid "I hate apple and hope they get virus bombed" rant. No one that makes those phone's OSes, hardware, and whatnot care about your fanboyism. Nor will your rant deter or persaude someone to buy or not buy a product.
In the end all you sound like is a brand loyalty consumerist and that is nothing to be proud of.

Wtf are you talking about? Why would they post about macs? It's phone arena not pc arena. Plus you bitch they only post negative articles about android. Here's one about Apple but it's still not enough for you. You're such a hopeless loser.
9. Sniggly posted on 25 May 2011, 09:54 3
Nope, you're right. It's not enough. They'll post useless speculation on the power consumption of dual core Android phones but they won't post an article that explains why you act the way you do, Taco.
12. deago78 posted on 25 May 2011, 10:06 0
And I'm also pretty sure that Taco50 isn't a cell phone so why would they post things about him? I feel like you might be misunderstanding this web site.
21. p0rkguy posted on 25 May 2011, 15:05 2
Unfortunately you missed the point he was trying to make. He's refering to the article on CNN about Apple being a religion.
Phonearena has articles about tablets. HTC co-founder in an Apple store. Apple looking at opening retail store in Grand Central Station. Analyst says Apple will save time and money using the iPad 2 as a display in its stores. Friday's explosion at the Foxconn iPad 2 plant might affect Apple's tablet production, after all. A decade of Apple Stores and the case for brand identity. Apple planning a surprising product launch on May 19th?
Within the past 10 days, I'm seeing way too many articles about Apple that are unrelated to phones.
24. protozeloz posted on 25 May 2011, 16:47 0
add demos of windows 8 too
11. deago78 posted on 25 May 2011, 10:04 0
Why would they post information about a Mac virus on a mobile phone website? Ya know, you're kinda dumb...
13. Sniggly posted on 25 May 2011, 10:19 3
If you think that this site posts about phones and only phones ever, then you're the one who's kind of dumb.
16. taco50 (banned) posted on 25 May 2011, 12:01 1
Sniggly you're only make yourself look dumber with each post. This website does post on things besides cell phones such as tablets. However the focus is on mobile devices. There are no articles here about home computers and laptops. Therefore there's no reason they would post about a Mac getting a virus. Also the article on android and power consumption is very legitimate. Anyone that' s ever used an android knows they have battery problems.
18. Sniggly posted on 25 May 2011, 13:28 0
Funny you talk about me looking dumb when you claim that Android phones have battery problems. I own a Droid X and a Cliq and neither have battery problems. They both last me a solid day. SOME Android phones may have problems, but that's up to the manufacturer's hardware.
20. Cisco84 posted on 25 May 2011, 13:58 0
a day?? really?? you call that an accomplishment?!!!! my iPhone with normal use, playing games, getting emails and all regular use last me two days without a charge!!
23. Sniggly posted on 25 May 2011, 15:26 2
Dude, you have no idea how much I use my phone. Besides, I have my screen turned up to full brightness all the time, and my wifi radio turned on most of the time. I also have a much bigger screen than you.
If the phone can get me through the day without an issue, than it's a good battery to me. Most people threw their phones on their chargers every night no matter what the charge level back in the golden age of simple phones anyway.
26. Lucas777 posted on 25 May 2011, 19:08 1
so now ur making excuses becuase ur droid x cant last more than a day... i like my phones to at least last two days so that i can keep the battery in perfect condition...
28. Sniggly posted on 25 May 2011, 22:20 1
I've never tried making my phone last more than a day. I never expected it to last more than a day. I don't need it to last more than a day. I mean, fuck, if I wanted the best battery life I'd skip the iphone and android and go right to blackberry. Or go back to my old Motorola V195, which could last a freaking month on standby, and 8 days with heavy usage.
31. Lucas777 posted on 26 May 2011, 02:16 0
yes but are we really gonna go get a blackberry? or a moto craphone... serious i want my SMARTPHONE to be able to at least last more than a day... it is inconvenient to have to charge it EVERY night otherwise u cant use it the next day...
32. Sniggly posted on 26 May 2011, 08:16 0
Okay, despite your arrogance Blackberry still has its perks. Why is it so incredibly inconvenient for you to pop your phone on a charger at night while you sleep?
36. Lucas777 posted on 26 May 2011, 18:10 0
yes, i know balckberry has some perks... i have used them before... and honesltly i am not always with my charger at night... and i kinda want my phone to run in the morning...

25. Lucas777 posted on 25 May 2011, 19:05 1
u do realize this is phone arena right? not macarena?
29. Sniggly posted on 25 May 2011, 22:21 1
From the way many articles are written on this site I'm not so sure.
30. Lucas777 posted on 26 May 2011, 02:14 0
okay... so do u want this to be a no apple site? go to android whatever then
33. Sniggly posted on 26 May 2011, 08:18 0
No. Stop going to extremes here. I don't care if they report on Apple stuff. But most of the time articles are written with a clear bias toward Apple.
3. JeffdaBeat posted on 25 May 2011, 08:37 2
I think the reason PhoneArena posted this and not a Mac story is because...well...this is a phone/gadget site, not a computer site.
I don't think itmwas ever about Apple being more secure more than if you want to hack the largest amount of computers, you attack the largest OS, which is Windows. SuperAndroidFan...why are you so angry?
4. SuperAndroidEvo posted on 25 May 2011, 08:57 2
I am not angry JeffdaBeat. It's just sad that when I go to an Android specific site unlike this one, iSheep feel free to troll around & flaunt their stupid BS about the Apple iOS "security" for years now. I am just voicing my opinion on a site that caters to all phones. I have NEVER been to an iOS only website to say how Android is better that Apple. Is it ok that iSheep do this? What do you think JeffdaBeat? Am I aloud to voice my opinion on an universal OS website? But lately PhoneArena.com has been morphing to iPhoneArena.com more and more. Is that a good reason to write my opinion JeffdaBeat?
5. SuperAndroidEvo posted on 25 May 2011, 09:12 2
Ohh and JeffdaBeat, if you think that phones are gadgets & not computers then I just don't know what to say to you. Smart phones are computers and these gadgets as you call them are being belittled by that name. This site is or most definitely will be a computer site whether you like it or not. It’s just were the tech is going, it’s the nature of the beast. The tablet & the smart phone are computers now, & will resemble them even more when the quad-cores come out! Sorry to have to tell you that! I am also sorry but Sniggly’s comment on the MAC virus is VERY relevant to this article!
6. protozeloz posted on 25 May 2011, 09:29 2
First Rule of Hacking
1. If something exist It can be hacked, NO EXCEPTION, people hack whats popular for either attaining money or personal purposes or to show up they can do it, the more popular the OS the mole likely to happen period.
Now that I see this posted here I want to call on everyones attention. the device is as secure as the owner, an owner that takes certain measures to secure his device will ensure a better security that the ones that belief their devices can't be hacked or wont be hacked, its not that we should go all security paranoid, but that we are careful with what we get or open or sing into, and Just to spread the info Sony Got Hacked Again you I recommend you should not try to use your account until things are fixed.

This is a ridiculous argument! If a virus hits windows phone 7 would you expect them to talk about the ILOVEYOU virus/worm? Or the Melissa virus/worm? It's a phone site. The article is about iPhones! Get a life losers!
19. Sniggly posted on 25 May 2011, 13:31 0
First law of Phonearena: say something kinda wrong and silly, then argue the point, and you can get Taco to start saying blatantly wrong and stupid things in response.
