Zynga selects Don Mattrick from Xbox as new CEO

Why would anyone leave a position with one of the world's biggest tech companies, running a popular video game division, to take a job as CEO of a down trending online gaming company? To understand the reasons why, you would have to read the mind of Don Mattrick who has officially left Redmond for a seat on the board of directors and the position as top executive at Zynga...

Looks like downhill isn't low enough for Zynga, they couldn't have picked a worst CEO to try and revive a dying company than the guy who basically murdered the Xbox and tried to give it CPR and failed again.

If I remember correctly, he was the dude that inderectly said during the xbox one announcement that "if you don't have an internet connection, we have another product for you.. It's the xbox 360" or something like that. Translation: no internet? Dont buy it and deal with it.

Im glad to see this happen. There has never been a more douchy game company representative than Don Mattrick.
