Cricket sells this phone for $40.00 with a not so bad prepaid plan. The thing is i find the battery doesn't last and when i contacted them about this, thinking we would just be able to swap bats.. no go. The warranty dept sucks. You have to send the phone back and purchase a new one. So what happens to your plan. From what i've read on other reviews getting the refund takes awhile. My opinion? Find another phone.
