By registering the trademark Xperia and relating it to a “cellular or mobile phones featuring the capacity to function in any number of extra ways beyond just as a phone”, Sony Ericsson is making everybody think, that's going to be the name of their new top-phone. The trademark is also defined by a device that has GPS, functions a camera and a walkie-talkie, performs instant messaging, and has Internet access.
