Windows Phone Store for Windows Phone 8.1 will help you find hot apps faster
As we told you earlier Tuesday, it appears that while Windows Phone 8.1 might still be released sometime this summer, it will not be making the expected appearance at the BUILD conference on April 2nd. We also told you that Microsoft has finished the core of Windows Phone 8.1. In addition, there has been some news leaked about the Windows Phone Store for the next build of Windows Phone.

According to the leak, the Windows Phone Store on Windows Phone 8.1 has been changed to make it easier to find hot apps. Looking at the quick links section of the store, users can click on "New + Rising Apps" and "New+ Rising Games" to find out the titles that are trending higher in popularity. In addition, a "My Apps" section, similar to the one in the Google Play Store, will let you find apps that need to be updated. And with Windows Phone 8.1, the platform will allow you to have your apps updated automatically. The latter is something that Windows Phone users have been asking Microsoft for.
