Who cares about Samsung Windows Phones?
This sector is controlled by Nokia.

not exactly, since all Nokia Windows phones are effectively obsolete, since the existing phones cannot be upgraded to Windows 8. So the Windows 8 realm is pretty much open for everyone interested to compete.

have u heard of something called nokia exclusive apps ?! they complete the os(most of symbian features is delivered through these apps) with these apps and make it more appealing than on Samsung or htc by miles ahead.let alone wp8 in the hands of nokia .sammy and htc wp customers most of them regret the day they haven't chosen lumia instead.
also u don't seem to follow news because after wp8 announcement nokia lumia didn't take any hits.actually july of q3 is the highest for lumia in growth.
u also forgot that nokia delivers more than 80% of wp handsets and the rate of growth of lumia is double every quarter.

I'm just surprised Samsung released a rather low end device in comparison to what they could have released. Almost seems like they are toe tipping, checking the waters temperature with this handset. Then again, this is W7.5, maybe they are waiting to bring out the big guns for W8.

And before anyone goes there, Samsung can compete with Nokia in this market. Probably won't be as easy as the Android market, but they have the ability to make some serious headway with MS phones. Time will tell.
