Www.nokia.com the first thing you see is the engadget award for best phone of 2012, so it managed to beat iphone 5, gs3, nexus 4, note II, etc, and just so you know I'm typing this from my note II so I by no means have a lumia but I've been flirting heavily with the idea of having one

I agree, I'm going to hold on to my note II and see how windows 9 turns out, hopefully more apps that I use regularly like dropbox and a similar version of gtunes, the current version on windows needs a url and it's a hassle to download a song, my mother got the lumia 810, pretty nice and the cyan wireless charging capability almost convinced me, but Nah not there yet windows lol one thing for sure, better than icrap

It sounds good when the person using your platform for the challenge knows how to use it efficiently and probably practiced it many times while the people using the other platform don't seem to know hot to use it efficiently.

If you really want to show one platform is better than the other, you need to have two people of the same skill level take the challenge. All this shows is the guy using WP8 really knows what he is doing.

I was thinking the same thing dude. I wonder if before hand, they told them they could not use their voice search. Or maybe there's still a lot of people that don't understand how to use their phone to the fullest.

What apps were you lacking? I'm genuinely interested, because after switching from Android to Windows Phone for the Lumia 900 I haven't missed ANY function-based apps, only a few particular games I had invested a lot of time in. I'll trade stability, appearance, functionality, and efficiency for app selection any day if the internet browser is decent. I use my phone like a pocket computer, that is, games and an internet browser for info or utilities.

And if you say instagram I will find some way to get revenge. I will also lose all respect for you.

Hahahaha you do know that the apache servers your bank is using is most likely running a unix based distro (open source).

When does open source = unsafe? I'd say it's more safe than any other operating system.
