iFolks The Windows 8 OS is based upon the "NT OS" kernel. many developers used to write programs for the Old Windows NT OS that was on Desktop and Laptops computers.
This OS is stable a network OS which is more powerful than XP. Developers can do more
things working with Windows 8 than the OS that is on Windows 7 series smart phones.
Developers will write more and better apps for windows 8 than they ever dared to with windows 7 series smart phones but dig this Windows 7.8 smart phones will be on the market as the OS for cheap Windows smart phones. Developers can write Apps for them giving the Windows 7 series smart phones that cannot be upgraded to Windows 8 more new apps but they will not be able to run A Windows phone 8 app because it's for a different OS
