Windows Phone 1080p video recording might be announced at the MWC

The WP8 account tweeted that 1080p video capture for WP can be unveiled soon, among other new features. Nokia's event at the MWC in a few days is scheduled for Monday morning, so could it be that we will see a Nokia Windows Phone capable of 1080p video announced, or just the capability at the expo?...
