One of the new goodies built into the upcoming Windows 8.1 operating system is the refined on-screen keyboard. The feature was just demonstrated on stage during the 2013 Microsoft Build conference and it looked pretty nice on an Acer Iconia W3 tablet and its 8-inch screen. When I first saw the picture, I thought it copied the keyboard that's on my Nexus 7. But after further looking at it, Microsoft is going in the right direction. I want to demo it in person to give any final judgements.

when windows 8 starts offering what android and ios are offering with same battery life,that is when people will come to understand that Microsoft made the right move. i see apple and other companies catching up at the end. android might not cos it can ran on x86 platforms but W8 will surely come ont top. just a matter of years. everyone will love a full blown OS on their tablets not half baked.
