Correct but the reported usage and down load of this app is very low. No one is utilizing it much. It mostly just sonds good.

We,, that would be because the iOS doesn't actually have an accessible filesystem.
In other words: You can unzip a zipped MP3 file downloaded from the web. But to store it on your phone, or heavens forbid PLAY it? Oh no sir. That's heresy. /sarcasm.

just get ifile on cydia if accessing the file system is that important… and yes if accessing the file system is needed, im sure one would be quite capable of jailbreaking

iOS dosnt really have a usable file system. jailbraeking your device kinda make the file system.
so thats why ifile from cydia give you access to file system and ifile from appstore wont...

i use winzip on my android device quite regularly with all the files i download and such.
really, apple didnt have this? this is as basic as MMS.. WTF.. lololol

This is a step (very small miniScule step) in the right direction. WinZip is known for its' unZipping abilities; maybe it will finally unziP some buried features in iOS that no one knows actually exist like how to unzip the network connectivity so that the end-user is not only liMiTed to iWiFi.

iOS has already had apps that can unzip files. This doesn't really do anything new besides bring the WinZIP brand over.
