How does a QWERTY slider sound? With CES 2009 rapidly approaching, speculation has been rampant in regards to the latest Palm smartphone. With 'Nova' preloaded, the device is rumored to be announced this Thursday, at the CES show. As it was with the Treo Pro, it will likely be made by HTC and will come with everything that Palm users know and love when it comes to e-mail functionality, calendar, and address book.

A Palm phone made by HTC running a new OS (which they have needed for 5 years) might not be bad...have to wait and see. I see a ton of people with Centros and WinMo Treos all the time so Palm is far from being gone.
