Thanks to an unnamed source of Forbes, we now know that a new gadget is in the works by the company FreedomPop. The company's previous product was a special case for the iPhone, which allowed it to use Sprint's WiMax network. Since WiMax is now officially dead, FreedomPop had to produce a new product, and this time, the company is aiming higher...

Okay......why not just buy an app, which will allow you to tether? As long as you don't abuse it, carriers won't bother you.
