Waiting on Liveitupunderarock, MicrosoftMobileOyjFTW and jillgates to come on here and talk about how great this is and how WP is the hottest property ever.

MS has all the employee's glasses of Kool-Aid filled half-full.

I hope some of those Kool-Aid glasses are thrown into the face of Stephen Elop on the way out the door by some ex-Nokia employees...

As a WP user thats where you should find me its not surprising that Android troll like yourself is already on the article spouting off.

Aw, you thought of me. I'm touched.

You know, for a moment, I thought you were actually a level-headed poster when you said that you don't like blind fanboyism. Little did I know at the time, that it was really just a passive aggressive way of saying "I hate Microsoft and anyone that likes them." It's something that was made obvious when you went out of your way to troll every MS article, even ones that were positive. You know what's worse than people who blindly follow a single brand? People like you who stand on their soap box and protest about how much a company sucks because they aren't running things the way you want them to.

I admit the layoffs really suck, but guess what? It's not news. I've worked in companies that were bought out, and not only was my team laid off, prior to the axing, we were treated like second class citizens from the company that bought ours

. I also think that it sucks that Microsoft canceled the McLaren, but again, crap happens, regardless of brand. Samsung releases an updated version of a GS5 months after the original, then trolls users "You should want more than a 1080p screen."

Crap happens. Get the hell off of your soap box and take things at face value and move on.

And didn't I shut you up in that other thread? Yeah, please keep your trap shut. Nobody *really* cares. Go enjoy your lagdroid, STFU and stop trolling. I'm finished with Phonearena for a while. Peace out and stop sensationalizing Microsoft, scrub.

It's funny that the idiot that you are mentions multiple times how crap MS/Nokia are, how they suck etc... yet you come to every MS/Nokia article and say the same crap!

I mean seriously? If something is so crap like you people say and there is so little people using it why the F**K do you still make time in your life to come on all these MS/Nokia articles?????

How stupid can you be!

I love Microsoft Windows more than any other OS. But where MS made the mistake was expanding out of that.

They should have made WP earlier and stick with those two: WP and "real" Windows.

Just fu** you MS. I'll keep loving W8.1 but anything else from you is utter shi*. Except WP sometimes.

Hilarious but we must remember these are people's lives at stake here, I hope all 18000 find jobs in other companies.

That is a hell of a lot of people to get rid of and a lot of families that will be affected.

With the beefing between Google and Samsung over Android wear I'd love to see a rendering of that as well.

Say what you want but internet explorer is magnitudes better than that malware chrome. I'm not talking about that crap ie8 or ie9... Explorer started getting better at ie10. I actually use ie11 in conjunction with maxthon.

Seriously. What's up with chrome's installation? Trying to remove is like getting rid of pop up porn virus. Or that virus that hides your folders and creates .exe files.

Not to mention battery killer and ram hog.

Explorer still is one of the lightest browsers out there

IE let's you get infected with pop up porn virus?
That's kind of sad really.

Just Wait, if it ever gets popular, it'll be slowed with security patches, an then sluggish.

Chrome is just POS spyware that I delete from my Android devices and would never install on a PC.

But IE? For Windows, it has the nickname "Internet Exploder" for a reason. I wouldn't use this either. It's like getting your kicks by running across a minefield.

Firefox is a very nice browser, has a lot of addons available, and doesn't go crazy creating processes and sucking up memory like Chrome/IE. And it supports sessions. It's not perfect, but IMO it's the best overall.

If you are talking about desktop browsers, then Chrome just kicks ass other browsers. Give me a browser with such minimalistic and beautiful interface, as lightning fast speed, thousands of useful third-party plugins and beautiful themes and just enough functionality combined and I might think giving it a try.
