What is the status of the HTC Status at AT&T?

Wasn't it just the other day that we were telling you about the launch of the Facebook-centric HTC Status for AT&T? Now it seems that the carrier is ready to '86 the whole thing according to a source for Tech Crunch; despite the well-reviewed QWERTY keyboard, is it the cut-out bin for the HTC Status?...

Sorry to say but our society "tech " that is is heading twards the future. It is and will be a world of touch screens and gestures, high tech specs, and awesome new age design. What you see in the HTC Status is the old. Its either Cheap flip phones or high tech smart phone.

Anyone that buys a phone with a facebook button obviously goes to show that they have no real life...to them it is all online.

I agree but we cant forget that kids are getting phones at a much younger age now. I see a middle schooler wanting this phone.
