U.S. Cellular and Alltel Wireless are starting up a no-contract carrier called U Prepaid in 500 Walmart stores across the country and depending on where the Walmart is located, subscribers will get to use the U.S. Cellular or Alltel network...

Altell's Prepaid severice is the Best here in Georgia. It offers the Experia Play, Samsung Fascinate, and Milstone X2 for like 250$-300$ each.
