Its those type of comments that I hate.... Call Verizon to change your Primary line, I'm sure they would catch on if you got a new Blackberry and tried to switch it. Not only is that cheating the system but you aren't even supposed to be able to do it, because the line has to be on the Primary plan for at least 3 months. If I hear one customer come in and ask to do that I'm going to be pissed.

The other thing is that you can only make so many changes within a bill cycle. This would be the dumbest idea because it will cause a prorated bill for our customers and that is the worst thing to explain to a customer. See it is sites like this that make me mad, because I try my best to do my customers right and when people give them ideas like this and I have to resolve the dispute it makes out company look bad in the end.

and while your very noble for conducting your business the way that you do, there are a lot more people who are just as sneaky as whoever decided to come up with the primary line switch idea, and they make you look bad. that just sucks :(
