I have seen the phone cheaper than that I have seen at an authourized dealer for $19 with a new 2 year contract.

Those are typically the dealers who charge an additional ETF on their end. I know one in my area charges a $250 ETF in addition to whatever T-Mobile gets.

HEY WHAT DEALER SELLS IT FOR $19 THAT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

wal mart has always sold phones for cheaper than the price its carrier sells them for, its no surprise for me!

I am pissed, T-mobile delay my phone for next 2 weeks at regular price, walmart customer can get in hand at lower price as well. How is T-mobile delay because of quantity limited but walmart can have right away. Tell me where can I complaint or curse tmobile?

I was just at walmart and they do not have them. Sounds like if you ordered one through t-mob, you'll get it before most walmart customers.

Just buy one at Walmart now and refuse delivery from Tmobile.

$148.88 is such an odd price. Seriously, why don't they just sell it for an even $150?

9. (unregistered) posted on 30 Oct 2008, 09:16

because it's Walmart...they sell everything at an odd price. Funny thing is I hate when customers buy phones at Walmart and then come to my store and expect me to activate it and teach them all about the phone for nothing. If you want to buy your phone at the same place you buy underwear etc then have them explain the phone to you!

lol yeah... its walmart i would rather buy from a cell phone store and convince them to throw something in for free... if you have ever worked in a distribution center you would understand... I will never buy any electronic that is more than 20-30 bucks from walmart... i use to load some of those trucks and its not pretty... i also worked in best buy which actually takes pretty good care of thier stuff and a cell phone agent and the boxes always came with all this bubble and air pocket plastic wrapped around them but its been a few years..

I agree with you, the walmart unloaders are brutal with the product, but they don't receve the cellphones. They come by ups, dhl or something simmilar. The mail crew openes each box, check the phones inside then they call the salesfloor people to come get them. At my walmart the adults open the mail. The kids unload the truck.
