WSJ says Microsoft sourcing parts for a touch screen watch

Considering that the smartwatch market is in its early days, there has been a lot of ink spilled on rumored offerings expected to be coming from Apple, Samsung, LG and now Microsoft; according to the Wall Street Journal, Microsoft is working with Asian component suppliers to design a touch screen watch that would compete with other smartwatches expected to hit the market in the next year or so...

As much as I would never wear one, I think that a smartwatch would make sense with their Metro UI.
