An HTC handset running on Windows Phone Mango has passed FCC certification and judging by the model number, we’re looking at the HTC Radar…

Good news! Provided that this phone is strategically located in T-Mobile stores, this phone will get a lot of 'looks' if for nothing else but for the fact that it will be a 'white/gray phone' in a sea of black phones - it's going to 'stick out'. Hopefully, the reps will let people buy it (instead of stearing them toward Android devices).

T-Mobile can sell this budget friendly WP, and it is a good start. But I hope a slightly higher spec Windows device makes it's way to T-Mobile as well. The Radar is last years hardware, just Verizon's Trophy in a better looking color scheme. The first carrier to offer a W7 phone deserves a high end product.

Nice looking phone but snowgator is right, it is basically a Trophy in a white coat there has to be a higher end WP coming soon fot T-Mo hopefully not at&t
