Vodafone uses the force with the help of Yoda to promote its new RED Box service

Vodafone has just released a new commercial entitled “No need for Jedi training.” The spot, which is intended to promote its new RED Box service, features Jedi Master Yoda offering to assist a new Lumia 800 owner with transferring his contacts. Vodafone’s RED Box service automatically transfers contacts and content from your old phone to your new phone so no Jedi tricks are required.
The ad was actually produced by Lucasfilm’s own Industrial Light & Magic and Tom Kane, who performs the voice for the majority of the animated Star Wars series, voiced Yoda.
We’re not sure how effective it would be, but it would be pretty cool to have your data transferred by Yoda himself.
