Virtually free HTC 7 Trophy for Microsoft employees, courtesy of Verizon
According to a leaked splash page from Verizon's website, which was kindly provided to us by an anonymous tipster, Microsoft employees who purchase the upcoming CDMA version of the HTC 7 Trophy by April 1 will have their money completely reimbursed by the company. Moreover, Verizon is expected to give $100 bill credit per line to those Microsoft employees who also choose to renew their existing 2-year contracts with the carrier.
The HTC 7 Trophy is expected to launch for Verizon on March 24 and it is going to support global roaming. It may not be as powerful as the top of the line Android superphones, but at such a price we doubt anyone would be complaining.
Thanks, anonymous tipster!

The news here is not that Microsoft employees are getting a deal, but that Verizon will now have Windows Phone. Finally! I'll be snapping one up, especially since it's a global version. Hey phonearena, how about putting that phone on the Verizon upcoming phones page?
