The Tango app is going to provide video calling functionality with the platform, which is currently available with Android and iOS. In fact, an image taken of the HTC Radar held by a Microsoft employee at HTC’s London event, shows the Tango app...

Tango also was video calling available on LG Revo..no need to root your phone..go tango

I guess Skype is not ready yet? And I am positive, when Skype is ready it will be fully integrated... Time will tell, but this is a great short term solution.

PS. Barely anyone video calls, the "fad" is still picking up and its not as common as people make it out to be.
