Verizon's website now features Moto Maker landing page
Up to now, AT&T customers exclusively have had the opportunity to use the website to select the color of the back cover, choose between a white or black front, and the color of the accents. Those using the Moto Maker can also choose between 16GB and 32GB versions of the phone, select the wallpaper they want on the phone out of the box, and have their Google accounts ready to sync.
Verizon recently cut the price of the Motorola Moto X by $100 to $99.99 on contract, which puts Big Red's price in lockstep with the current price of the phone ordered through the Moto Maker. That is another clue to its imminent launch on Verizon. We should be getting official word any day now.

If you scroll down on the page (under the Features tab) you will also see that it mentions the custom engraving. Looks like that is coming at the same time.

if i can get it off contract then i'll be getting one.
deciding what it will look like has been torturous though...

i wonder how many people just ended up getting something neutral like Black & White because the decision was too hard.
that's what i'm thinking of doing...

Yeah, it seems pretty imminent. Can't wait for wider availability here.
