It just pisses me off that customers feel that should be greeted with a red carpet the moment they walk into the store. Me: "Um...no Sir, im sorry.....you have only been a customer with us since 2007 and you have been hotlined four times in the past year" Cust: "So what, I want a free BB storm. Otherwise I will leave Horizon (yup, they call it that) for Cingular" Me: (thinking to myself) "Good luck trying to find a Cingular store, dont let the door hit you on your way out"

What verizon needs to do is if you are in a contract and ur 1 yr into it then all u should have to pay is the upgrade price with a mail in rebate, and then if u have had ur phone for 2 years then u should receive a 100 dollar instant credit. 50 bucks these days doesnt do much with the way pricing is going on the current"good" phones.
