Verizon's Android handsets are getting support for V CAST video soon?

According to a Twitter post by one of Verizon's public relations reps, Verizon will commence offering V CAST video support to their line of Android smartphones...

I have been able to access Vcast Video on my Moto Devour since the day it came out

Yes, that's because that device was preloaded with Verizon apps and features like Vcast. Most other devices isn't preloaded with Vcast and other Verizon programs. Visual Voicemail is pretty much the only Verizon app that's preloaded on other devices. You can get other apps but Vcast hasn't ever been available on other Verizon Android devices. What this news is saying, customers who have the Motorola Droid, HTC Incredible and other Verizon Android devices will be able to download Vcast to their device.

Joy another fee based service. Pity VZW doesn't include V-Cast vids in the $29.99 data plan. The package for V-Cast is $10 more.

I kinda like Vcast. It actually has some neat videos to watch. But I don't agree with the fee. I mean, $10?! That's a bit much for simply watching a few videos. $5 or less would be fine but $10 is retarded. I would agree with the $10 fee if they gave you a choice to download videos to your device, had a larger catalog of videos, and had more full length episodes. There is some full length episodes but some are just clips and shorts.
