@VZWEMP I just might. All I know is that the customer service I have received has, for the most part been poor, and I've been with vzw for quite some time. I know u feel like u have to defend them cuz u work there or perhaps ur one of the few well educated and trained customer service reps. that vzw has. The network is great that's y I'm still with vzw. Great netowrk, great phones, poor customer service...nobody is perfect?

I think phone arena is acurate enough. They just report more rumers and for the most part t5ell you as such. I can care less if it dont come out for two weeks. Droid is in the shop:( :( So i wont get it any how

My buddy got the upgrade screen thursday morning but had to delay it because his battery was to low. He forgot to charge it dumb@SS drunk, but when he went back to system update it didnt offer the upgrade anymore. :(
