Seriously, if you cannot manage BBDM you are a moron and shouldn't own a blackberry. I have never seem an easier to use application for a smartphone. If you can't download and run the device software update on your computer, plug your phone into the usb, then when the screen "magically" says, "A new update is available for your device" you click "yes," Then wait 20 minutes for it to install, you are certifiably stupid and should bang your head against the wall until you fall down. The ONLY people that should be doing the OTA update (as it will take like 2 hours to complete) are people that don't have a computer of their own. Besides, you should be backing up your device regularly just in case you lose it, or it crashes, or you need to do a master wipe becuase you installed waaaaaay too much $H*T on it to begin with.

Wow! Chill out there 'lil champ. Either you're a punk little teenager who shouldn't own a phone b/c he's way too spoiled by his parents to know any different, or one of those j*s who's completely full of himself and thinks he's the top _ _ _ _! And did I hear a 9er in there?...

Maybe this 4 month delayed response to our cries for reliability will teach us all to evaluate these "tools" for function rather than form next time. I, for one, could care less if a new BB lacks the ability to see into the future, but the ANSWER button should only require you press it once and say "hello" to act like a phone. Come on PhoneScoop, check the basics first before we worry about the lack of WiFi. This phone likely got people fired because it took too long to answer a call.
