Let's see, $60 unlimited with Boost with a Curve, or selling your family into slavery to pay for the monthly cost of a prepaid Curve with VZW. VZW executives are living in fantasy land. When Lightsquared LTE wholesale is ready for commercial viability, VZW won't be able have a strangehold on subscribers like the a feudal lord over his serfs.

The article is incorrect on the device prices, you dont have to pay full price, it's the 1 year contract prices which you pay.

Actually it isn't. For example 1yr price on Droid X= 270.00 Pre-paid price 394.99 As far as the cost of these new plans, would it be better if they didn't exist at all?

I think the reason why it sounds similar to the other smaller companies like boot n pre paid is..the network..why go on crappy sprint when you can go vzw for less monthly

Sprint and Verizon share there networks if you roam on sprint you are on verizon and vice versa.
