Vzw subsidizes apple's tablet. That has to be bigger than them getting the iPhone sometime this year. I hope it's Vzw and the tablet, that way I can bypass apple stores and head straight to a Vzw location to mess w/ one.

all the tablet is, is a big iphone... so get Skype VOIP working and you have a monster iPhone that works with VZW... if any of this is true... but i will believe it when i see it.

Because what I want is to carry around a phone with a 10" display. Imagine that thing against your face when people were complaining about the HD2 being too big.

personally I could care less 1. I'm happy with my iphone 3gs 2. NEVER had any cell or network issues with ATT living here in socali 3. cant beat their pricing on family lines (compared to various carriers which CAN talk n surf the web at the same time)

i just think its hilarious because before ATT started running those ads NO att customers bragged about being able to talk and surf the web simultaneously, actually i doubt many of them even knew they could do that. What you guys dont seem to realize is that talking and surfing (in the RARE case that youll be doing it) demishes both call quality and data speeds. so go ahead and brag but in reality its like someone braggin about eating and puking at the same time...either way youre not being that productive.

I agree talkin and surfing isn't something I do that often. But I'm a web junkie and I do it sometimes. But the biggest perk to that is calls aren't sent to voicemail when Im loading a page. Mms still gets sent when I get a call. And mms doesn't stop sending when I get an incoming text. So it is useful. And not to mention when I do surf and talk it doesn't diminish quality or speed. The reason it's possible is because 2 different cellular signals are being sent amd received(umts-voice and hspa-data) they don't come from the same signal Luke gsm and edge or CDMA and evdo. That's the whole reason it's only possible with AT&T and tmo.

Is is singlehandedly the most honest post ever on phonearena. I could only give it +1 but i really wanna give it +10. Droid is great. But aside from the better coverage it has nothing on iPhone. And in socal where at&ts coverage is only a little worse than vzw. that's not a big advantage.
