Verizon reports 2.1 million new subscribers in Q4 2012

Verizon's official Q4 earnings call isn't planned until January 22nd, but some of the info that is relevant to that quarter has already been given out. Verizon Chief Executive Officer, Lowell McAdam told a group of investors today that the carrier added 2.1 million new subscribers during the 4th quarter of 2012...

I guess share everything plans weren't as disastrous as some expert predicted. Why should they lower their prices and/or bring back unlimited plans? Their ranks are growing every quarter.

The big 4 all took big self-insured losses for Hurricane Sandy infrastructure damage and most of it will be reflected in Q4 earnings.

I was soooooo hoping that churn would go way up so maybe they would consider giving loyal customers our perks back, or at least some of them. Everything they've done in the last two years has one purpose, making us pay even more than we already pay. I like and need my unlimited plan, but I guess the 2 million new customers speak louder than the 100 million who are current customers.
