I have to agree. The clear touch screen flip and the almost magical ear piece is really nice but that is where the pros end. The phone is bearable at best. I do give Motorola an A for effort but I give them a B-/C+ for execution.

Kinda wierd but in the contacts list it comes with the direct line to verizon's warrenty center, apparently moto and verizon have good faith in its reliability.
