Verizon offers Pearl for under $20
Verizon has really done it now. While supplies last, Big Red is offering the BlackBerry Pearl for just $19.99. Now, you do have to sign a new two year contract and there is that $100 mail-in rebate you will need to get a stamp for, but that certainly doesn't seem like hard work when you're getting a new smartphone in exchange.

Other phones Verizon is letting go at $19.99 are the Samsung Gleam, the LG Decoy and the Nokia 6205 including the Dark Knight edition. All require that you mail in a rebate form and sign up for a new two year contract.

Will other carriers find devices to sell at this low price point? Stay tuned.

LMAO we sell it all the time, we actually lead the industry in sales of Pearls compared to competitions numbers. They drop the price to clear it out, we are getting the flip top pearl in a couple months.

im trying to make sence of your statement igor.. but i just dont think its possible..?? if you have any upgrade credit, sure the pearl will b free. as for the backup assistance, its free if you are signed up online, otherwise its 1.99, so go sign up online already! and btw, vzw charges no differently than any other company(in the nickel n diming sence), but gives you a lot better service for your $ overall.
