Its a cool program for the most part. Certain things I don't like though. For instance I bought a pair of Gucc(can't put the I according to phonearena) sunglasses in March. Didn't wear them until April 18th when I took an out of town vacation. The lens fell out but I easily snapped it back in. When I got back home though the lens fell out again. At this point noticed the screw in the middle wasn't tight. Took it to sunglasse hut to get tightened. About a week later it did the same thing. Got it tightened again. Lens fell out again. So I called customer service for Verizon rewards. At that point the told me it was past the 30 day guarantee. My whole point is although the discount is nice its still a lot of money to pony up to not have it under warranty for more than 30 days.
