Verizon is crowned as world's best wireless data service provider
Business Traveler
readers has selected Verizon Wireless as its "Best in Business Travel" data services award winner for 2009. This is based upon a survey by the magazine's readers and their opinions on wireless companies. John Mara, Verizon Wireless director for global service stated "The continued recognition from Business Traveler readers of our international data services is a strong validation that our efforts to extend our best-in-class domestic services to business customers to stay connected and productive while traveling abroad are working. For many business customers, travel is critical to their jobs, and we believe they should maintain the ability to access corporate data and the Internet wherever business takes them." Verizon Wireless has data service in 195 destinations, of which 85 offer 3G speeds.

i speculate that At&t is doing some secret squirel sht, because if you look at their finances for the last 3 years, funds allocated for expanding their network have been decreasing each year. Maybe their busy putting up their 4g network? but why doesnt anyone know about this - its a publicly traded company and they have an obligation to their shareholders to share their new buisness ventures... Anyhow, it doesnt supprise me that verizon is still the best desipte all the abritrary pep talks from luke wilson. Everyone already knows that big red is top dog. Thse commercials are aimed at confusing the old people imo.
