they're targeted to deaf ppl and those that really cant talk on the phones, its a direct result from both customer and employee feedback

ITS A GRAND IDEA. I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO HAVE A PDA/SMART PHONE PRIMARILY TO HAVE INTERNET ON THE GO AND NEVER NEEDED IT FOR AN ACTUAL PHONE SO THIS STANDS OUT FOR THAT WANT AS WELL.
