Verizon goes contract free
source: Verizon via BGR
WOW I CANT BELIEVE THIS I JUST SIGNED A 2 YEAR AW MAN I AM PISSED!!!!! >:o
Are you pissed that you got a phone at a discounted price, rather than paying full retail?
whats the point... it would cost you the same 2 pay the discounted price on the phone and the cancelation fee as it does 2 pay full retail for the phone
obviously you didnt read your contract, you have 30 days to cancel and go back to your orginal plan.

Not true.... Let's take their cheapest phone for instance The LG Chocolate is Free with 2 year contract. The cancellation fee on Verizon is $175.00. The Retail price on the LG Chocolate is $269.99. You do the math. Let's one of their most expensive phones the Verizon Wireless XV6800 price with 2 year contract is $419.99. Once again the cancellation fee on Verizon is $175.00. The Retail price on the XV6800 is $539.99.
AH RETART I DID READ THE CONTRACT AND ITS PAST 30 DAYS IT IS NOW DAY 37 TO BE EXACT AND I ALREADY HATE VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSSSS!!!!
I need some new shoes - thanks!
Yea but dont forget that its a prorated ETF so if you keep the phone for 6 months, the cancellation fee would fee $145. So id you for example got the xv6800 at $419.99 -$70 MIR=$349.99+$145 cancellation=$494.99 which is less then the $539.99 full retail
man you should have went with At&t they've always had a no contract if you have your own phone.
the heck they do i bought my own iphone and they made me sign a 2 year contract then i cancelled it 3 weeks later cause service blew in my area so i got lucky and got out within 30 days 4 months later still waiting to get my deposit back after they said itll take one month to get it back yea B/S
everyone wants a deal but doesnt want to sign a contract. get over it thats how they have to make their money. so everyone can complain about signing contracts, just don't complain when you have to pay full price for the phone. :)
who really whines about signing a contract other than 95 year olds?

I had a lady in her late 30's today not want to upgrade her phone because she didn't want to sign a contract. She has had her phone since 1998. Same phone old skool
Everybody no matter what age complains about two years they always want one year or they want a upgrade but they dont want to extend the contract i have heard it all not jus from 90 year olds #10
