Really? lol. I was the first one in my area to return a thunderbolt & they all looked at me like wtf why are you returning this? Everyone loves it & you are the first to return it.

So, if I wanted to walk in and exchange my Droid Incredible for a Bionic in a few days, would I get the gift card? Or are "Featurephones" something else?

Feature phones are what they're calling dumb phones these days. Features might include texting, facebook, etc.

Pointless since the only phone worth getting now is the Nexus Prime cuz they dropped the SGS2 and the offer will be expired by then.

I just called Verizon, and NO, going from an older Verizon smart phone to a newer smart phone does NOT qualify you for the $100 gift card. It only works if you're new to Verizon (trading in an AT&T smart phone, for example), or if you upgrade from a "dumb phone" to a smart phone.
So looks like I'll be selling my old original Moto Droid on ebay along with a million other people.
